All items are custom-made, which necessitates a production period before shipping. Typically, the production time for orders ranges from 3 to 7 business days. This timeframe allows for meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each product meets quality standards. Once production is complete, shipping times vary based on the destination:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

It is important to note that shipping times are estimates and may be influenced by external factors such as postal delays, customs processing, or holiday schedules. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and the destination.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment of the order, customers will receive an email containing tracking information. It is advisable to allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available after the shipment has been dispatched.

Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for items that have been specifically tailored to individual specifications. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must notify the merchant within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must remain unused and in the original condition. Documentation, including proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue, is required for processing any claims.
