Custom Dakimakura Shop is the store at customdakimakura.net. This policy explains how your information is handled. When you have a question about anything here, email cavernlimited@customdakimakura.net and a real person will answer.

Only what's needed to run the store is collected:

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered, so it can be made and shipped to you.
• Uploaded artwork: the image files you upload in the customizer, stored securely for review and printing.
• Support messages: emails and contact-form messages you send.
• Anonymous usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, device type, rough location) that helps show what's working. This is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

Uploaded files are stored on secure cloud storage while your order is in progress, and access is limited to the shop. Once your order is complete and the return window has passed, your files are deleted. If you want them gone sooner, email cavernlimited@customdakimakura.net for deletion on request.

Only the services required to fulfill your order, and only the minimum they need:

• Shopify: runs the store and processes payments. Card details are never seen or stored by the shop.
• Shipping carriers: receive your name and address to deliver your order.
• Cloud storage providers: hold your uploaded files securely while your order is in progress.
• Analytics tools: receive anonymous, aggregated usage data.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded with anyone, ever.

The store uses a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the cart and checkout work, and analytics cookies that show (anonymously) how people use the site. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings and the store will still work fine.

You'll only get marketing email if you opted in. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent to everyone who orders; those aren't marketing, they're your order.

Wherever you live, the same rights extend to everyone:

• Access: ask what data the shop holds about you and a copy will be sent.
• Correction: ask to fix anything that's wrong.
• Deletion: ask to delete your data and artwork, and it will be done (except records legally required to keep, like tax invoices).

This store is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Data from minors is not knowingly collected, and if any is found, it will be deleted.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Significant changes will be stated clearly rather than buried. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
