These terms apply when you use customdakimakura.net or place an order with Custom Dakimakura Shop. By ordering, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from the shop.

When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to print it: your own creation, a commission you purchased with print rights, or art the creator has given you permission to use.

You keep full ownership of your artwork. Uploading grants Custom Dakimakura Shop only the limited, temporary license needed to review, print, and produce your order. Your art is never reused, resold, or publicly displayed, and it is deleted after your order completes (see the Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for the content you upload. If a rights holder disputes a print, that responsibility sits with you, not the shop, so upload art you're actually allowed to print.

The price shown in the customizer is the full price: shipping is free worldwide and there are no hidden fees at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at the time of order. All prices are in USD unless the currency selector says otherwise.

Occasionally a pricing or listing error slips through. If that happens on an order you've placed, you'll be contacted with the choice to pay the corrected price or receive a full refund.

Every file is reviewed within 2-3 business days of ordering. If your file has a problem (resolution, margins, seam placement, or a content-rule issue), you'll get an email before printing. File fixes are free.

Colors on screen and colors on fabric are close but never pixel-identical; monitors are backlit, fabric is not. Minor color variation between your screen preview and the printed product is normal and isn't a defect. Placement may shift up to a few millimeters at the seams; every file is reviewed to keep critical details print-safe.

Because every product is custom-made from your file, returns or exchanges can't be accepted for change of mind, wrong size selected, or wrong file uploaded. What's always covered, free: printing defects, damage in transit, and errors on the shop's side. Report them within 30 days of delivery with photos for a reprint or refund. The store's design, text, logos, and product photography belong to Custom Dakimakura Shop. Customer artwork shown anywhere on the site is displayed with the customer's explicit permission. Please don't scrape, copy, or reuse the site's content without asking.

Custom Dakimakura Shop stands behind every pillow: if something is wrong, it's reprinted or refunded. Beyond that, liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The shop is not liable for indirect losses, courier delays outside its control, or customs decisions made by your country. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country guarantees you; those always apply.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
