Delivery Policy
I'll make every effort to get your custom dakimakura into your arms (and onto your bed) as fast as possible because I'm impatient and I know waiting sucks.
Processing Time
Each order is processed within 2-3 business days. That's when I review your design, prep it for printing and start production magic.
Shipping Time
Once your item is ready, average delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can stalk it like your favorite character.
Delays & Disruptions
While I do my best to deliver on time, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to holidays, weather, or other uncontrollable events. I'll always keep you in the loop if anything changes.
I want you to love your dakimakura, but if you're not satisfied here are my return policies.
Pre-made returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once I receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Custom-made returns
I unfortunately can't accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless: your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size. Proof of the issue must be sent within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
